Method

    Make the lime honey cubes first by stirring together the lime juice, water and honey in a jug until combined. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid (around 5 hours).

    When you’re ready to make the drinks, add half (175g) of the lime honey cubes to a blender with the frozen mango and tequila (if using). Blitz until smooth.

    For the salty lime honey rim, mix the 1 tbsp lime juice and 2 tbsp runny honey and pour onto a plate. Place a good few pinches of flaky salt onto a separate plate. Dip the rim of your glasses into the lime honey mixture first, followed by the flaky salt.

    Pour the frozen mangorita into the glasses and serve.
