Rowse brioche French toast
Method

Whisk the eggs, milk, runny honey and vanilla in a shallow bowl.

Add the butter to a cold pan and heat over low/medium heat.

Place the brioche in the bowl to absorb the egg mixture on both side and cook until golden, on both sides again.

Mix the cocoa powder and the spreadable honey together, and generously spread on the brioche.

Arrange on a serving plate and add the toppings before digging in!
