Roasted plum and honey porridge

To make the porridge, mix the oats with the coconut milk and salt in a medium saucepan.

Place over a medium heat, bring to the boil then turn the heat down to low and stir well.

Cover with a lid and leave to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the porridge is thick and creamy.

Stir in honey and serve in warm bowls. Top with some halved plums, which have been brushed with honey and roasted under the grill until it slightly softens.

Finish with a generous swirl of Rowse Honey.
