About
Make this the night before then grab it straight from the fridge for a quick, healthy breakfast. It tastes much more indulgent than its ingredients suggest and can satisfy sweet cravings as a healthy snack.
Ingredients
Top tip: Tick off the items you've already got, so you can quickly see what's left to buy
Method
- 1
For the overnight oats, mix all the overnight oats ingredients in a bowl or divide between two jam jars, screw the lids on tightly and shake thoroughly to combine. Leave in the fridge overnight.
- 2
To serve, top with flaked, toasted almonds, fresh berries and a few chunks of dark chocolate. (Pour into two bowls and sprinkle with toppings of your choice, and a drizzle of honey. Eat straight away.)
