Antioxidant purple smoothie bowl with frozen berries and coconut

Put all of the smoothie base ingredients into a blender with 300ml of the milk and blitz until you have a smooth, thick consistency, adding more milk if needed; the smoothie should be thick enough to eat with a spoon.

Pour into two bowls and sprinkle with toppings of your choice, and a drizzle of honey. Eat straight away while still icy cold.
