Squeeze a generous amount of Rowse Light & Mild Honey onto one plate. In another, sprinkle a salt and chilli mixture.
Dip your chosen glasses into the honey, followed by your salt chilli mixture, coating the rim with the spices.
Infuse your honey
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, sliced chilli peppers, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
Stir the mixture until the honey is well-infused with the spices. Heat it gently for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool.
