Honeyed apple and cinnamon crepes

Mix together the butter, flower, eggs and milk, making sure you whisk out any lumps.

Make the crepes on a hot, buttered pan making sure to swirl the pan to get an even spread of batter.

Cook the chopped apple, cinnamon and honey in a pan for 10 minutes. Leave to cool a little.

Divide the apples into the crepes to fill, add a handful of chopped almonds.
