Mix strawberries, raspberries, Rowse Organic Honey and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
Pour onto a tray lined with plastic wrap and spread evenly to 5mm thick.
Dehydrate in oven at 65ºC for 5 hours, or until middle is firm and no longer sticky.
Allow to cool, then remove from plastic wrap.
With clean kitchen scissors, trim off edges then cut into 3cm wide strips and roll.
