    Put the oats in a non-stick pot with the milk and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes until thickened and the oats are soft.

    Add the pumpkin puree and spices,mix well. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Turn the heat off.

    Pour into a bowl, top with pecans and drizzle on Rowse Honey.
