In a very small bowl, mix the honey and cocoa to form a chocolatey spreadable consistency.
Toast the bread to your liking.
Spread one piece of toast with 1 tbsp of the honey and cocoa mix and another one with 1tbsp mascarpone.
Slice the banana and place on top of the chocolate mixture. Close the sandwich with the mascarpone toast.
Repeat to make all 4 sandwiches, slice and serve with a large glass of milk or a hot drink.
