Long Terms and Conditions for the Rowse® x Blenheim Palace Instagram Promotion 18 August 2025

1. The Rowse® x Blenheim Palace Instagram Promotion August 2025 (“the Promotion”) is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only (proof of ID may be required) and excludes employees and their families of Rowse Honey Limited (“Rowse” “we”), its agents, affiliated companies or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

2. The Promotion opens at 10:00 hours on Monday 18th August 2025 and closes at 17.00 hours on Monday 25th August 2025.

3. Instagram account is required to enter.

4. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including but not limited to advertising or Promotion materials.

5. Entry is via Instagram. To be in with a chance of winning a Prize, entrants must:

ii)follow @rowsehoneyuk and @blenheimpalace;

iv)share the post to their stories and tag @rowsehoneyuk and @blenheimpalace to receive an extra entry into the Promotion. Please note, the actions set out in this clause 5 iv) are optional and must be carried out along with the actions set out in clauses 5 i) to 5 iii) 

an entrant wishes to receive an extra entry into the Promotion for a chance to win a Prize.

Any entries that are offensive, inappropriate or unlawful will be automatically disqualified and hidden from public view.

6. Entries received via any other means, including for example via the Instagram direct message system, are not valid.

7. Only one entry per person will be accepted, except entrants who share the Promotion post in accordance clause 5 iv) will receive 2 entries into the Promotion for a chance to win a Prize. Only 1 Prize per person. Third party entries and entrants found to be using multiple Instagram accounts to enter the Promotion will be ineligible.

8. It is the responsibility of each entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and on Prize acceptance. Rowse cannot be held responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects their acceptance and/or delivery of the Prize.

9.There will be 5 winners drawn at random after the Promotion closes from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with clause 5.

10. Each winner will receive the following Prize:

1) 2 xBlenheim Palace Annual Pass to the Palace and Gardens;

2) Afternoon tea for two people at Blenheim Palace;

4) 1x340g jar of Rowse® Light & Mild Honey; &

5) 1x340g jar of Rowse® Dark & Rich Honey (together “the Prize”)

Prize element 1: The Blenheim Palace Annual Pass gives unlimited access for one (1) year to Blenheim Palace and over 2000 acres of Gardens and Parkland, and includes free events (including the Flower Show, Food Festival and Jousting); free exhibitions (including Churchill and Stables); and free experiences (including Rooftop Tours and Life Below Stairs). It is subject to Blenheim Palace’s terms and conditions which can be found at

 to which the winners should refer before planning any visit.

Prize element 2: An Afternoon Tea e-Voucher for a Traditional Afternoon Tea for two people at the Orangery Restaurant at Blenheim Palace for the value of £76 in total. It is strictly subject to Blenheim Palace’s terms and conditions and opening hours which can be found at 

. Please note the e-voucher may not be valid for certain dates which will be published in Blenheim Palace’s terms and conditions on their website linked above, to which the winners should refer before making their booking.

Prize elements 1 and 2 will be sent to each winner via email (to the email address confirmed by each winner in accordance with Clause 12 below) directly from Blenheim Palace within 28 days of each winner claiming the Prize in accordance with Clause 12. In relation to the Blenheim Palace Annual Pass, the initial email will contain two electronic passes and upon each respective winner’s and/or their guest’s first visit to Blenheim Palace, they will receive the physical passes upon presentation of the electronic pass. Physical passes can be collected by each winner and their guest together or separately. The Blenheim Palace Annual Passes will be valid for one (1) year commencing on the date upon which the electronic Blenheim Palace Annual Passes are emailed to each winner and will be strictly subject to Blenheim Palace’s terms and conditions and opening dates and hours which can be found on their website linked above. The Blenheim Palace Afternoon Tea e-Voucher for 2 people in the Orangery Restaurant at Blenheim Palace, worth £76 in total, will be valid for 12 months from the date of each winner claiming the Prize in accordance with Clause 12, to be used at Blenheim Palace only and will be strictly subject to Blenheim Palace’s terms and conditions which can be found on their website linked above. Once the e-voucher has been received, the winners must refer to Blenheim Palace’s terms and conditions to check any exclusions and email 

Prize elements 3, 4 and 5 will be dispatched by Rowse’s Agency, Rachel Nevin Communications Services Ltd, 8 Rainbird Close, Wembley, HA0 1FU via courier (a signature may be required on delivery) and they will arrive within 28 days of each winner claiming their Prize in accordance with Clause 12.

If any element of either the Prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar prize of equal or greater value.

11. The Promotion Prize is not for resale nor is it redeemable in whole or in part for cash nor is it refundable.

12.Each winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message by 17:00 on Tuesday 26th August2025 to inform them that they have won a Prize. The winners will be asked to message @Rowse direct providing their full name, postal address, email address and contact telephone number. If a winner does not respond with their details within 2 days, their Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be drawn at random from the remaining entries. The postal address supplied must be the delivery address and the email address must be valid, belong to and be checked by the winners.

13. The Prize winners may be asked to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from this Promotion.

14. Other than for liability for loss, death or personal injury occurring from the negligence of Rowse, so far as is permitted by law, Rowse and its associated agencies hereby excludes all liability for loss, damage, costs and expenses whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Promotion, the fulfilment of the Prize and/or the use of the Prize.

15.All personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose in accordance with the UK data protection legislation including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than to our selected partners who are assisting with the administration of the Promotion) without the individuals’ prior consent. Entrant’s personal data will be handled in accordance with Rowse’s Privacy Policy, see below. The Third Party assisting with the administration of this Promotion is: Rachel Nevin Communication Services Ltd (registered office address set out in clause 10). You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified by writing to ‘the Rowse® x Blenheim Palace Instagram Promotion August 2025,’ Rowse Honey Limited, 9 Perseverance Works, Kingsland Road, London, E2 8DD. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

16.This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram and you hereby release this platform from any liability associated with the Promotion.

17.Rowse reserves the right to verify all entries and ID (passport, driving license or equivalent) and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw the Prize and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. Rowse will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

18.Rowse reserves the right to disqualify incorrect, incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, damaged, delayed or undelivered or any failure of the internet or of any kind that may prevent any entrant from entering the Promotion. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

19.In the event of circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Rowse, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of the Prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Rowse reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage.

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Rowse and which prevents Rowse from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Rowse will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimalise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

20.Junk filters and/or IT difficulties may affect email delivery or receipt or participation in this Promotion.Rowse accepts no responsibility for this. Rowse has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Rowse will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.

21.If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

22.Details of each winner’s surname and county of residence will be available for three months after the close of the Promotion by writing to the “Rowse® x Blenheim Palace Instagram Promotion August 2025” 9 Perseverance Works, Kingsland Road, London, E2 8DD. Rowse reserves the right to refuse such requests. The winners of the Promotion has the right to object to the publication of their surname when contacting Rowse to accept their Prize in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.In such circumstances, only the county of the winners will be available on request. For the avoidance of doubt, Rowse is still obliged to provide each winner’s full name, county and details of the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Agency (“ASA”) if requested by the ASA.

23.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
