The Rowse® x Blenheim Palace Instagram Prize Draw November 2025 (“the Prize Draw”) is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only (proof of ID may be required) and excludes employees and their families of Rowse Honey Limited (“Rowse” “we”), its agents, affiliated companies or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

2. The Prize Draw opens at 10:00 hours on Tuesday 18th November 2025 and closes at 17.00 hours on Tuesday 25th November 2025.

3. Instagram account and email address are required to enter.

4. By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants confirm that they have read, accepted, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including but not limited to advertising or Prize Draw materials

5. Entry is via Instagram. To be in with a chance of winning a Prize, entrants must:

ii)follow @rowsehoneyuk and @blenheimpalace;

iv)share the post to their stories and tag @rowsehoneyuk and @blenheimpalace to receive an extra entry into the Prize Draw. Please note, the actions set out in this clause 5 iv) are optional and must be carried out along with the actions set out in clauses 5 i) to 5 iii) 

an entrant wishes to receive an extra entry into the Prize Draw for a chance to win a Prize.

Any entries that are offensive, inappropriate or unlawful will be automatically disqualified and hidden from public view.

6. Entries received via any other means, including for example via the Instagram direct message system, are not valid.

7. Only one entry per person will be accepted, except entrants who share the Prize Draw post in accordance clause 5 iv) will receive 2 entries into the Prize Draw for a chance to win a Prize. Only 1 Prize per person. Third party entries and entrants found to be using multiple Instagram accounts to enter the Prize Draw will be ineligible.

8. It is the responsibility of each entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Prize Draw and on Prize acceptance. Rowse cannot be held responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects their acceptance and/or delivery of the Prize

9. There will be seven (7) winners drawn at random after the Prize Draw closes from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with clause 5.

10.Each winner will receive the following Prize:

1) 2 x Blenheim Palace Annual Pass to the Palace and Gardens;

2) 2 x tickets to the Blenheim Palace Illuminated Light Trail and Palace of Oz Christmas 2025 events;

4) 1x340g bottle of Rowse® Dark & Rich Honey (together “the Prize”)

10.1 Prize element 1: The Blenheim Palace Annual Pass is location and date specific and gives unlimited access for one (1) year to Blenheim Palace and over 2000 acres of Gardens and Parkland, and includes free events (including the Flower Show, Food Festival and Jousting); free exhibitions (including Churchill and Stables); and free experiences (including Rooftop Tours and Life Below Stairs). to which the winners should refer before planning any visit. All additional costs in taking up the Blenheim Palace annual pass element of the Prize including without limitation expenses, travel,parking, food, drink, accommodation, insurance (if required) is the winner’s and their guest’s own responsibility and not that of Rowse Honey.

10.2Prize element 1 will be sent to each winner via email (to the email address confirmed by each winner in accordance with Clause 12 below) directly from Blenheim Palace within 28 days of each winner claiming the Prize in accordance with Clause 12. The initial email will contain two electronic passes and upon each respective winner’s and/or their guest’s first visit to Blenheim Palace, they will receive the physical passes upon presentation of the electronic pass. Physical passes can be collected by each winner and their guest together or separately. The Blenheim Palace Annual Passes will be valid for one (1) year commencing on 5 January 2026 and will be strictly subject to Blenheim Palace’s terms and conditions and opening dates and hours which can be found on their website linked above.

10.3Prize element 2: Each winner will each receive two tickets to the Blenheim Palace “A Palace of Oz” event, a magical tale of wizardry inside Blenheim Palace, along with two tickets to the Illuminated Trail (“the Christmas Events”). Both Christmas Events are location, time and date specific at the address for Blenheim Palace listed above, and are subject to Blenheim Palace’s event terms and conditions 

. All additional costs in attending the Blenheim Palace Christmas Events including without limitation expenses, travel, parking, food, drink, accommodation, insurance (if required) is the winner’s and their guest’s own responsibility and not that of Rowse Honey.

10.4Each winner will be contacted directly by Blenheim Palace in relation to Prize element 2 (via the email address confirmed by each winner in accordance with Clause 12 below) within 7 days of each winner claiming the Prize in accordance with Clause 12. Blenheim Palace will agree a suitable date with each winner directly for them to attend the Christmas Events. Confirmation of the booking, dates and times for the Christmas Events will be emailed to each winner following agreement with Blenheim Palace, and the physical tickets will be collected from the Blenheim Palace box office on the day of each winner’s attendance of the Christmas Events. Each winner and their guest must attend both Christmas Events together on the same date and time. The Christmas Events are subject to date and time slot availability between 19 November- 24 December 2025 and 26 December 2025 -3 January 2026 from 10:00 to 20:00 and are subject to any other restrictions contained in Blenheim Palace’s T&Cs.

10.5Prize elements 3, 4, and 5 will be dispatched by Rowse’s Agency, Rachel Nevin Communications Services Ltd, 8 Rainbird Close, Wembley, HA0 1FU via courier (a signature may be required on delivery) and they will arrive within 28 days of each winner claiming their Prize in accordance with Clause 12.

10.6If any element of either the Prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar prize of equal or greater value.

11. The Prize Draw Prize is not for resale nor is it redeemable in whole or in part for cash nor is it refundable.

12.Each winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message by 17:00 on Wednesday26th November2025 to inform them that they have won a Prize. The winners will be asked to message @rowsehoneyuk direct providing their full name, postal address, email address and contact telephone number. If a winner does not respond with their details by 23:59 on 28 November 2025, their Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be drawn at random from the remaining entries. The postal address supplied must be the delivery address and the email address must be valid, belong to and be checked by the winners.

13. The Prize winners may be asked to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from this Prize Draw.

14. Other than for liability for loss, death or personal injury occurring from the negligence of Rowse, so far as is permitted by law, Rowse and its associated agencies hereby excludes all liability for loss, damage, costs and expenses whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Prize Draw, the fulfilment of the Prize and/or the use of the Prize.

15.All personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Prize Draw and for no other purpose in accordance with the UK data protection legislation including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than to our selected partners who are assisting with the administration of the Prize Draw) without the individuals’ prior consent. Entrant’s personal data will be handled in accordance with Rowse’s Privacy Policy, see below. The Third Party assisting with the administration of this Prize Draw is: Rachel Nevin Communication Services Ltd (registered office address set out in clause 10.5). By participating in the Prize Draw, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

16.This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram and you hereby release this platform from any liability associated with the Prize Draw.

17.Rowse reserves the right to verify all entries and ID (passport, driving license or equivalent) and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw the Prize and/or refuse further participation in the Prize Draw and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Prize Draw’s entry requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Prize Draw or won using fraudulent means. Rowse will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

18.Rowse reserves the right to disqualify incorrect, incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, damaged, delayed or undelivered or any failure of the internet or of any kind that may prevent any entrant from entering the Prize Draw. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

19.In the event of circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Rowse, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Prize Draw or the awarding of the Prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Rowse reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions at any stage.

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Rowse and which prevents Rowse from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Rowse will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimalise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

20.Junk filters and/or IT difficulties may affect email delivery or receipt or participation in this Prize Draw.Rowse accepts no responsibility for this. Rowse has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Rowse will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Prize Draw.

21.If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

22.Details of each winner’s surname and county of residence will be available for three months after the close of the Prize Draw by writing to the “Rowse® x Blenheim Palace Instagram Prize Draw November 2025” 9 Perseverance Works, Kingsland Road, London, E2 8DD. Rowse reserves the right to refuse such requests. The winners of the Prize Draw have the right to object to the publication of their surname when contacting Rowse to accept their Prize in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.In such circumstances, only the county of the winners will be available on request. For the avoidance of doubt, Rowse is still obliged to provide each winner’s full name, county and details of the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Agency (“ASA”) if requested by the ASA.

23.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.

If proof of identity is required, we may also request a copy of your passport or driver’s licence. The postal address, email address and telephone number of all winning entrants may also be requested for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and to send out the Prize Draw prize.The personal information of Prize Draw entrants provided to us may also be gathered for any other purpose for which an entrant has consented.
