The ROWSE® Spread Some Joy Sample Promotion 2025 (“the Promotion”) is open to all residents of the United Kingdom (which means England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over only (proof of ID may be required) and excludes employees and their families of Rowse Honey Limited (“Rowse Honey” “we”), its agents, affiliated companies or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion. Residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are excluded.

2. There are a total of 20,000 ROWSE® Runny Honey 14g sample sachets (“the Promotion Samples”) available for entrants of the Promotion. Each eligible individual who enters the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions before the end of the Promotional Period will receive four (4) Promotion Samples (being a “Promotion Sample Bundle”) with a maximum of one Sample Bundle per household. There will therefore be 5,000 individual recipients of the Promotion Sample Bundles which will be allocated to the first 5,000 eligible individuals who enter the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Promotion will launch officially online only via the link set out in the Rowse Honey social media post (being a post detailing the Promotion and linking the entry form on Rowse Honey’s Instagram and Facebook pages (“Social Media Post”)) at 00:00 hours on 1 December 2025 and will officially close at the earliest of 23.59 hours on 24 December 2025 or when the Promotion Samples have run out (ie when all 5,000 Promotion Samples Bundles have been allocated). (“the Promotional Period”) When the total stock of Promotion Samples have been allocated, Rowse Honey reserves the right to end the Promotion immediately.

4. Internet access and email address is required to enter. 

5. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including but not limited to advertising or Promotion materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating in this Promotion all Promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 6. Entry is via the internet only. No purchase necessary. To be in with a chance of receiving a Promotion Sample Bundle, entrants must visit the Promotion page via the link in Rowse Honey’s Social Media Post and complete the following:

i. Fill in the required personal information required on the Promotion entry form: full name, postal address and email address.

ii. Confirm they’re over 18 and acceptance of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

iii. Confirm they are happy to receive communications from Sampl relating to Rowse Honey, including a survey from Sampl (details in clause 18).

iv. There will be some additional questions about the entrant’s honey buying habits during the sign-up process which are not compulsory. For the avoidance of doubt, an eligible entrant can claim a Promotion Sample Bundle without answering the initial questions on the sign-up page. 

7. There will be 5,000 Promotion Sample Bundles available and allocated on a first come first served basis to eligible Promotion entrants who have submitted an entry via the link in Rowse Honey’s Social Media Post in accordance with the Terms and Conditions before the end of the Promotional Period. 

8. Only one entry per household will be accepted. Multiple or third-party entries will not be accepted and will be detected and disqualified.

9. Only entries submitted via the Promotion page linked on Rowse Honey’s Social Media Post using the entry form will be considered valid.

10. During the Promotional Period, each successful Promotion entrant will be eligible to receive one Promotion Sample Bundle. The Promotional Sample Bundle does not include any additional elements.

11. If any element of a Promotion Sample Bundle is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

12. Each Promotion Sample Bundle is not for resale nor is it redeemable in whole or in part for cash and nor is it refundable or transferrable.

13. Rowse Honey’s decision is final, binding and represents Rowse Honey’s decision on all matters related to the ROWSE® Spread Some Joy Sample Promotion 2025. No correspondence can be entered into.

14. Each Promotion Sample Bundle will be dispatched by second class post and should arrive within 14 days after the date upon which successful entrants enter their details as set out in clause 6 above. Promotion Sample Bundles that are undelivered or returned to sender will be deemed unwanted and the Promotion Samples will be forfeited. The Promotion Sample Bundle will not be re-allocated.

15. Each Promotion Sample Bundle will be dispatched by Rowse Honey’s Agency, Sampl Technologies Ltd (“Sampl”) (company no. 13069140) whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.

16. It is the responsibility of the entrants to provide their correct, up-to-date details at the time of entering in order for their Promotion Sample Bundle to be processed. Rowse Honey will not be held responsible for non-delivery of the Promotion Sample Bundle caused by the provision of wrong information, postal dispute or other causes beyond its control.

17. Adverse weather conditions, strike action, seasonal peaks or disruption to postal services and public holidays may affect delivery dates. Rowse Honey accepts no responsibility for this.

18. Following receipt of the Promotion Sample Bundle, entrants will be contacted by Sampl, via the email address provided by entrants in Clause 6 above, (provided the entrant has ticked the box referred to in clause 6 iii) above consenting to receipt of the survey and email communications from Sampl) providing further information about Rowse Honey, and asking them to answer up to 11 questions about their opinion on the Promotion Sample Bundle and purchasing honey products in general. Entrants are not obligated to complete all or any of the survey questions, and participation is voluntary. Entrants can opt out of receiving further email communications and the survey at any time. Anonymised and aggregated data resulting from the survey answers will be shared with Rowse Honey and processed in accordance with the privacy policies references below.

19. Other than for liability for loss, death or personal injury occurring from the negligence of Rowse Honey, so far as is permitted by law, Rowse Honey and its associated agencies hereby excludes all liability for loss, damage, costs and expenses whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Promotion Samples, the fulfilment of the Promotion Sample Bundles and/or the use of the Promotion Samples. Rowse Honey is not responsible for any costs which have not been specifically mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.

20.All personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose in accordance with the UK data protection legislation including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than to our selected partners who are assisting with the administration of the Promotion or third parties to facilitate the Promotion) without the individuals’ prior consent. Entrant’s personal data will be handled in accordance with Rowse Honey’s Privacy Policy, see below, along with Sampl’s Privacy Policy and Website Terms and Conditions, which will be linked on the entry form via Rowse Honey’s Social Media Post at The Third Party assisting with the administration of this Promotion is Sampl (registered office address set out in clause 14. 21. Rowse Honey reserves the right to verify all entries and ID (passport, driving license or equivalent) and refuse to award a Promotion Sample Bundle or withdraw a Promotion Sample Bundle and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the Promotion entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a Promotion entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

22.Rowse Honey will be the final arbiter in any decisions in relation to the Promotion and these will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

23.Rowse Honey reserves the right to disqualify incorrect, incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, damaged, delayed or undelivered or any failure of the internet or of any kind that may prevent any entrant from entering the Promotion. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

24.No entries (bulk or otherwise) from agents, third parties, syndicates, organised groups or entries automatically generated by a computer programme, application, script or any automatic method will be accepted. Any person trying to circumvent this condition by any method, including but not limited to the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, using multiple aliases, e-mail accounts or IP addresses will be immediately disqualified along with all entries from associated accounts

25.In the event of circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Rowse Honey, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of any of the Promotion Sample Bundles, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Rowse Honey reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage. For the avoidance of doubt, Rowse Honey is not responsible or liable for entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or not delivered due to faulty, failed or erroneous electronic data transmission

26.If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Rowse Honey and which prevents Rowse Honey from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Rowse Honey will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimalize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

27.Junk filters and/or IT difficulties may affect email delivery or receipt or participation in this Promotion.Rowse Honey accepts no responsibility for this. Rowse Honey has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Rowse Honey will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent an entrant’s entry to the Promotion.

28.If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

29.Details of successful Promotion entrants’ surnames and counties of residence will be available for three months after the close of the Promotion by writing to the ‘ROWSE® Spread Some Joy Promotion 2025’ Rowse Honey Ltd, 9 Perseverance Works, Kingsland Road, London E2 8DD. Rowse Honey reserves the right to refuse such requests. Promotion entrants of the Promotion have the right to object to the publication of their surname by contacting Rowse Honey.In such circumstances, only the county of the Promotion entrant concerned will be available on request. For the avoidance of doubt, Rowse Honey is still obliged to provide Promotion entrant’s full name, county and details of each Promotion entrant’s entry to the Advertising Standards Agency (“ASA”) if requested by the ASA.

30 .These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
