Terms and Conditions for the ROWSE® Sachet Bundle Sample Promotion 2025

1. The ROWSE® Runny Honey Sachet Bundle Promotion 2025 (“the Promotion”) is open to all residents of the United Kingdom (which means England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over only (proof of ID may be required) and excludes employees and their families of Rowse Honey Limited (“Rowse Honey” “we”), its agents, affiliated companies or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion. Residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are excluded.

2. There are a total of 25,000 Rowse Runny Honey Sachet Bundle samples (“the Promotion Samples”) available for entrants of the Promotion. Each eligible individual who enters the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions before the end of the Promotional Period will receive five (5) Promotion Samples (being a “Promotion Sample Bundle”) with a maximum of one Sample Bundle per household. There will therefore be 5,000 individual recipients of the Promotion Sample Bundles which will be allocated to the first 5,000 eligible individuals who enter the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Promotion will launch officially online only at 

https://rowsehoney.co.uk/free-runny-honey-sachet-bundle

 at 00:00 hours on 14 July 2025 and will officially close at the earliest of 23:59 hours on 14 October 2025 or when the Promotion Samples have run out (ie when all 25,000 Promotion Samples have been allocated). (“the Promotional Period”) When the total stock of Promotion Samples have been allocated, Rowse Honey reserves the right to end the Promotion immediately and remove the Promotion entry form from the website

4. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including but not limited to advertising or Promotion materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating in this Promotion all Promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information

5. Entry is via the internet only. No purchase necessary. To be in with a chance of receiving a Promotion Sample Bundle, entrants must visit the Promotion page at 

i. Fill in the required personal information required on the Promotion entry form: full name, postal address and email address.

ii. Confirm they’re over 18 and acceptance of the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

6. There will be 5,000 Promotion Sample Bundles available to eligible Promotion entrants who have submitted an entry via 

 in accordance with the Terms and Conditions before the end of the Promotional Period. 

7. Only one entry per household will be accepted. Multiple or third-party entries will not be accepted and will be detected and disqualified.

8. Only entries submitted via the Promotion page at:

 using the entry form will be considered valid.

9. It is the responsibility of each Promotion entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion.Rowse Honey cannot be held responsible for a Promotion entrant who fails to supply accurate information which affects their acceptance and/or delivery of a Promotion Sample Bundle.

10. During the Promotional Period, each Promotion entrant will be eligible to receive one Promotion Sample Bundle. The Promotional Sample Bundle does not include any additional elements.

11. If any element of a Promotion Sample Bundle is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

12. Each Promotion Sample Bundle is not for resale nor is it redeemable in whole or in part for cash and nor is it refundable or transferrable.

13. Rowse Honey’s decision is final, binding and represents Rowse Honey’s decision on all matters related to the ROWSE® Runny Honey Sachet Bundle Promotion 2025 Online Only at 

14. Each Promotion Sample Bundle will be dispatched by second class post and should arrive within 21 days of the date the entrant enters the details requested in clause 5 into the Promotion page. Promotion Sample Bundles that are undelivered or returned to sender will be deemed unwanted and the Promotion Samples will be forfeited. The Promotion Sample Bundle will not be re-allocated.

15. Each Promotion Sample Bundle will be dispatched by Rowse Honey’s Agency, Rachel Nevin Communications Services Ltd (company no. 14172787) whose registered office is at 8 Rainbird Close, Wembley, HA0 1FU via Royal Mail Second Class Post.

16. It is the responsibility of the entrants to provide their correct, up-to-date details at the time of entering in order for their Promotion Sample Bundle to be processed. Rowse Honey will not be held responsible for non-delivery of the Promotion Sample Bundle caused by the provision of wrong information, postal dispute or other causes beyond its control.

17. Adverse weather conditions, strike action, seasonal peaks or disruption to postal services and public holidays may affect delivery dates. Rowse Honey accepts no responsibility for this.

19. Other than for liability for loss, death or personal injury occurring from the negligence of Rowse Honey, so far as is permitted by law, Rowse Honey and its associated agencies hereby excludes all liability for loss, damage, costs and expenses whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Promotion Samples, the fulfilment of the Promotion Sample Bundles and/or the use of the Promotion Samples. Rowse Honey is not responsible for any costs which have not been specifically mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.

20.All personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose in accordance with the UK data protection legislation including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than to our selected partners who are assisting with the administration of the Promotion or third parties to facilitate the Promotion) without the individuals’ prior consent. Entrant’s personal data will be handled in accordance with Rowse Honey’s Privacy Policy, see below. The Third Party assisting with the administration of this Promotion is: Rachel Nevin Communications Services Ltd (registered office address set out in clause 11 b)). You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified,by writing to ‘ROWSE® Runny Honey Sachet Bundle Promotion 2025 Online Only’ at Rowse Honey Ltd, 9 Perseverance Works, Kingsland Road, London, E2 8DD. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data asdescribed here.

21.Promotion entrants may have the option to receive promotional emails and marketing from Rowse Honey but will specifically be asked for their consent to do so and can unsubscribe from the promotional emails at any time by clicking the link in the emails.

22. Rowse Honey reserves the right to verify all entries and ID (passport, driving license or equivalent) and refuse to award a Promotion Sample Bundle or withdraw a Promotion Sample Bundle and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the Promotion entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a Promotion entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

23.Rowse Honey will be the final arbiter in any decisions in relation to the Promotion and these will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

24.Rowse Honey reserves the right to disqualify incorrect, incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, damaged, delayed or undelivered or any failure of the internet or of any kind that may prevent any entrant from entering the Promotion. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

25.No entries (bulk or otherwise) from agents, third parties, syndicates, organised groups or entries automatically generated by a computer programme, application, script or any automatic method will be accepted. Any person trying to circumvent this condition by any method, including but not limited to the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, using multiple aliases, e-mail accounts or IP addresses will be immediately disqualified along with all entries from associated accounts

26.In the event of circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Rowse Honey, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of any of the Promotion Sample Bundles, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Rowse Honey reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage. For the avoidance of doubt, Rowse Honey is not responsible or liable for entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or not delivered due to faulty, failed or erroneous electronic data transmission

27.If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Rowse Honey and which prevents Rowse Honey from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Rowse Honey will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimalize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

28.Junk filters and/or IT difficulties may affect email delivery or receipt or participation in this Promotion.Rowse Honey accepts no responsibility for this. Rowse Honey has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Rowse Honey will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent an entrant’s entry to the Promotion.

29.If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

30.Details of Promotion entrants’ surnames and counties of residence will be available for three months after the close of the Promotion by writing to the ‘ROWSE® Runny Honey Sachet Bundle Promotion 2025 Online Only,’ Rowse Honey Ltd, 9 Perseverance Works, Kingsland Road, London E2 8DD. Rowse Honey reserves the right to refuse such requests. Promotion entrants of the Promotion have the right to object to the publication of their surname by contacting Rowse Honey. In such circumstances, only the county of the Promotion entrant concerned will be available on request. For the avoidance of doubt, Rowse Honey is still obliged to provide Promotion entrant’s full name, county and details of each Promotion entrant’s entry to the Advertising Standards Agency (“ASA”) if requested by the ASA. 

31 .These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
