Within five working days of the end of the Promotion Period:

one winner will be selected by random draw by computer software from all valid and eligible entries received on Instagram during the Promotion Period; and

one winner will be selected by random draw by computer software from all valid and eligible entries received on Facebook during the Promotion Period.

Winners will be contacted by one of the Promoters via direct message on either Instagram or Facebook (depending on method of entry) within five working days of the draw. This notification will ask the winner to confirm their compliance with these terms and conditions and to provide their delivery address.

The winner must share their address with the Promoter via direct message to claim the Prize within three working days.

If the winner does not contact the Promoter, the Promoter will make three attempts to contact via direct message on either Instagram or Facebook (depending on method of entry). If the winner still does not contact the Promoter, the Prize will be awarded to a reserve winner (picked in the same way as the original winner).

We cannot accept any entries that we believe:

contain any content that is likely to be considered violent, obscene or offensive by us or could negatively reflect the name, reputation, or goodwill of any of the Promoters, or any of their partners;

infringes any third party rights (including without limitation copyright, rights in trade mark, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or any other intellectual property rights);

refers to or compares competitor products;

defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoters (including their partners);

is not in compliance with the rules, policies and terms of service of the platform where the entry is posted (i.e. Instagram or Facebook) and all applicable laws, regulations and code rules (or would place the Promoters in breach of any such rules, policies, terms of service or applicable laws, regulations and codes).

Entries in breach of these terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

Each Promoter may, in its sole discretion, delete any comment posted on a Post and/or require any other Promoter or participant to alter or remove any content posted on their own social media story, feed or platform in connection with the Promotion.

The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant they believe not to be participating within the spirit of the Promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour.

The Prize will be posted to the postal address supplied by the winner per these terms and conditions. Please allow up to 28 days from the date of confirmation of delivery details for delivery of your Prize.

The Prize cannot be transferred to someone else or exchanged for something else or cash or other alternative.

If, for reasons out of our control, the Prize is no longer available, you will be offered an alternative of equal or greater value than the Prize.

We will only use your personal data for the administration of this Promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted, and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the Promotion. If you’re found to be cheating, you will be excluded.

Participants understand that they are acting at their sole risk and that they are solely responsible for compliance with the rules, policies and terms of service of Instagram and/or Facebook.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Instagram and Facebook are completely released from all liability by each participant in this Promotion.

If this Promotion can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this Promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved.

In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.
