Competition Terms and Conditions: December 2021

• This Promotion is only open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 or over. So that we are completely fair, employees of Rowse Honey, and anyone else professionally connected to this Promotion are not allowed to enter.

• You don’t have to buy anything to take part in this Promotion, but you do need a valid Instagram or Facebook account and access to the internet.

• Promoter: Rowse Honey Ltd, The Beehive, Moreton Avenue, Wallingford, Oxfordshire, OX10 9DE.

• Promotion Period: Participants must enter between 16:00 GMT on the 2nd December 2021 and 23:59 GMT on the 16th December 2021.

• To enter, you must like and comment on the competition post on Rowse Honey’s Instagram or Facebook profile, tagging one friend. You must also follow Rowse Honey (@rowsehoney on Facebook or @rowsehoneyuk on Instagram).

• You may enter up to five times during the Promotion Period, but you may only win one Prize.

• The Prizes: Two winners will win a Rowse Honey Hamper for themselves and the friend that they tag in the winning comment. Each Rowse Honey Hamper contains:

1. 1x jar of Rowse Cut Comb in Acacia Honey
2. 1x jar of Rowse Manuka Honey
3. 1x jar of Rowse Heather Max
4. 1x bottle of Rowse Chilli Fusion
5. 1x bottle of Rowse Smokey Fusion
6. 1x bottle of Rowse Runny Honey
7. 1x bottle of Rowse Supahoney

• Winners will be selected by random draw, carried out by an independent person within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

• Winners will be contacted via a reply to the winning comment within 5 working days of the draw. The winners must share their address with Rowse Honey via DM to claim the Prize within 3 working days. If the winner does not contact Rowse Honey, the Prize will be awarded to a reserve winner. A total of 3 reserves will be contacted. In the event that no reserve responds to communications, we reserve the right to not award the Prize.

• We cannot accept any entries that we believe:

1. Contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by us or could reflect negatively the name, reputation, or goodwill of Rowse Honey or any of its partners;
2. Defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to Rowse Honey (including its partners); and/or
3. Promotes any political agenda.

• Please allow up to 28 days from the date of confirmation of delivery details for delivery of your Prize.

• The Prize cannot be transferred to someone else or exchanged for something else or a cash or other alternative.

• If, for reasons out of our control, the Prize is no longer available, you will be offered an alternative of equal or greater value than the Prize.

• Data Privacy: Your personal data will be held in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation currently in force. To view our privacy policy visit: https://www.rowsehoney.co.uk/privacy. We will only use your personal data for the administration of this Promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. We will only share your data with our Fulfilment Partners for the purposes of and in order to fulfil this Promotion.

• Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted, and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the Promotion. If you’re found to be cheating, you will be excluded.

• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Rowse Honey and not to Facebook or Instagram.

• If you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion or Prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) Rowse Honey won’t be liable for this.

• If this Promotion can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this Promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved. We also reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.

• By entering you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• If this Promotion is tampered with in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure within the control of Rowse Honey or its agencies, Rowse Honey and its agencies will not be responsible for the Promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

• In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

• The winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.

• If you are a winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter will use your name and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

• The winner’s name and county may be published on the Rowse Honey Facebook and Instagram page / story within 3 working days of winner acceptance.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
